A Sound Journey is hosted by Paul Boharski, a sound engineer & director of production at Heartwood. Paul has spent the last decade as a practitioner in the holistic, medical, and traditional healing career fields. He has Elders that span cultures from five continents and has a degree in sound engineering with almost seven years in the music industry. This class will help introduce the practice of finding your personal spirt animals. Participants will go over the origins of the practice, sit in a sound journey to find theirs, and talk about what it means to have an animal come through and what to do once you’ve established a relationship with them.

Bring a yoga mat for your relaxation. Chairs will be provided for those who prefer them.
