• Heartwood Soundstage is located at 619 S Main St in South Main Station, surrounded by ample parking. See a map of South Main Station's parking lots here.

• Please plan on having your ID and ticket (on phone or printed) ready upon arrival. If you are unable to locate your ticket, check your spam. Box office staff can also locate your ticket with your name and photo ID at the gate. Bags are subject to security check. Refer to prohibited items list below.

• Most shows allow re-entry, however, for some large shows, re-entry is not allowed. We encourage you to arrive early to browse food, drink, and books at our neighboring shops, The Lynx Books, Bingo Deli, Humble Fire Pizza, Afternoon Coffee, and Grand Scheme Brewing.  
• Any attempts to pass wristbands to non-ticket holders will result in removal from the event.

• Typically, Heartwood is all ages and kids 12 and under enter free. Exceptions include sold out shows and occasional 18+ events.
• All children under 15 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or a guardian.

Cameras are allowed, with the following restrictions:

• No flash photography
• No stands, monopods, tripods, or attachable sticks
• Email us in advance with questions about media passes or professional photography restrictions

• Small bags (i.e. purses, totes, fanny packs, or drawstring bags the size of a letter sized paper or smaller) are allowed.
• Backpacks or bags larger than 8.5"x11" are prohibited.  
• All bags are subject to search at entry.

• Outside drinks
• Weapons
• Illegal substances
• Coolers
• Glass
• Drones
• Fireworks
• Lit cigarettes or other smoke-producing or flammable materials
• No vaping in indoor stage
• Large bags or backpacks
• Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
• Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace and/or endanger the safety of the crowd
• Lawn chairs are sometimes prohibited at our highest capacity shows. Check a show's information on our website to find out if chairs are allowed at the show you are attending.
• Pets are allowed at most outdoor shows but are sometimes prohibited based on show capacity and volume for the safety of the animal.

Unauthorized vendors are not permitted.  No unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials including but not limited to handbills, flyers, stickers, etc.

All tickets are nonrefundable unless an event is canceled by the venue.
