Last updated: August 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Heartwood Soundstage (“Heartwood Soundstage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you visit our website at heartwoodsoundstage.com, purchase tickets or memberships, attend an event at our venue, sign up for our email or text message updates, or otherwise interact with us.

Heartwood Soundstage is a live music venue located at 619 S Main St, Gainesville, FL 32601. This policy applies to all Heartwood Soundstage websites and services where it appears. Questions? Email info@heartwoodsoundstage.com.

SMS / Text Messaging and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to data brokers, affiliates, business partners, advertisers, or any other third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never will. This provision controls over any other statement in this policy.

How you opt in

You join our SMS program only by affirmatively providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on a sign-up form on our website. Consent is never assumed, pre-checked, or purchased from another source, and consent is not a condition of purchasing tickets, merchandise, or a membership.

What we send

Recurring marketing and promotional text messages about Heartwood Soundstage shows and events, including new show and lineup announcements, ticket on-sale alerts, presale codes, special offers and discounts, event reminders, and venue updates such as set times, parking, entry instructions, weather delays, and cancellations.

Program terms

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@heartwoodsoundstage.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we use and protect your mobile number

We use your mobile number solely to deliver the messages described above and to maintain a record of your consent as required by applicable law and carrier rules. Your number and consent record may be processed by our SMS delivery provider and our ticketing platform strictly for the purpose of transmitting these messages on our behalf. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own purposes, from sharing it, and from using it for marketing.

We retain your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward solely to honor your opt-out and to document compliance.

Information We Collect

Contact and transaction information. When you create an account, purchase a ticket or membership, or have a ticket transferred to you, we collect information such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and payment information. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Communication preferences. Whether you have opted in to email or SMS updates, and the date, time, and method of that consent.

Information you provide directly. Questions, feedback, booking inquiries, and comments you send us or post in public areas of our site.

Accessibility information. If you tell us about accessibility needs for an event, we collect only what is necessary to accommodate you.

Safety and incident information. We operate closed-circuit television (CCTV) at our venue and may collect information about incidents or accidents occurring on the premises, including video footage and details necessary to document what happened.

Technical information. Browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location, referring and exit pages, and how you use our site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, biometric data, or government identification numbers from ticket buyers or subscribers.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide what you asked for. Processing ticket and membership orders, delivering tickets, sending order confirmations and receipts, and answering your questions.
  • To send you marketing and promotional text messages about our shows and events, if and only if you have opted in, as described above.
  • To send you email updates about upcoming shows and venue news, if you have opted in or purchased a ticket. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

These providers may use your information only to perform services for us and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

Event partners, in limited form. When an artist, promoter, or co-presenter is involved in an event you attend, we may share aggregate or attendance-level information necessary to settle the event.
