Silverada

Mike Harmeier formed Silverada (formerly known as Mike & The Moonpies) in his early 20s, building the band’s reputation through marathon five-hour sets on Austin’s dancehall circuit before taking their distinctive blend of traditional country and modern rock across the country and around the world. From recording at Abbey Road Studios with the London Symphony Orchestra to performing at the Grand Ole Opry, the band has become an ambassador for Texas music. Their ninth release, the self-titled Silverada, marks a bold new chapter, balancing sharp songwriting, sweeping pedal steel, and road-tested country-rock with adventurous arrangements and fresh sonic influences.
