Rhythms of Cacao is an ecstatic dance movement & music medicine journey.

We will weave a deep-dive cacao activation into an epic free-form dance, with a curated evening soundtrack of music from genres across time and space, all while riding the waves of experience in a joyfully-present, community-held sacred groove.

The Flow:

• Opening circle & cacao ceremony

• Guided movement & warm-up

• 90-minutes of 5-Rhythms style ecstatic dance (with a set designed for the evening yet not performed live)

• 15-min. Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing

• Closing circle

Please be on-time and present for the entire experience (it’s great to open and close together*.) Cacao will only be served in the opening.
